Unsold products cannot be returned to V.K.Gem Co., Ltd. for money-return or exchange for other products. However, V.K.Gem Co., Ltd. must accept such requests by the corresponding orders of the Civil Law or the rules of the 44/1998 (III.11) Government order on door-to-door selling.

However, if you are not pleased with a product, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of the original purchase date to V.K.Gem Co., Ltd. International for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling. This return policy applies only to first-time product purchases.
